General

We bring a professional golf simulator directly to your event location — indoors or outdoors. It includes an inflatable bay, a high-accuracy Foresight GC3 launch monitor, a projector and hitting screen, and access to thousands of courses and games. Our caddie sets it up, runs it, and takes it down when you're done.

The setup requires a 12×12×12 ft area. This fits in most conference rooms, garages, patios, ballrooms, and outdoor spaces. We can do a virtual walkthrough of your space before you commit.

Not at all. Most of our guests have never picked up a club — and they have the best time. We have arcade games, closest-to-the-pin contests, mini putt, and beginner-friendly modes. Our caddie is there to help everyone.

Just one standard electrical outlet within 150 feet. That's it.

Everyone at your event can take a turn — guests rotate through one at a time while others watch, cheer, and compete. In a 3-hour window, groups of 15-25 comfortably get multiple turns. For larger groups (30+), we recommend adding an extra hour so nobody feels rushed. Our caddie keeps the rotation moving and the energy high.

Yes — both. The simulator works in conference rooms, office lobbies, hotel ballrooms, barns, garages, backyards, patios, and outdoor event spaces. As long as there's a 12×12×12 ft flat area and a standard electrical outlet, we can make it work. We're happy to do a virtual walkthrough of your space before you commit.

Booking & Pricing

Standard rentals start at $450 for 2 hours, with additional hours at $150 each. The Wedding Experience is $550 for 2 hours. Everything is included — dedicated caddie, clubs, balls, all games, setup, and teardown. No per-person charges or hidden fees. Venue partnerships have tiered pricing.

Everything: your dedicated on-site caddie, full club set (left and right-handed, adults and juniors), all courses and games, closest-to-the-pin contests, setup, teardown, and event liability insurance. Weddings also include a custom welcome screen.

As soon as you know your date. Weekends book fastest. We frequently book up to 8 months out, so earlier is always better — especially for weddings.

A 25% deposit is collected at booking, with the remainder charged to your card on file upon completion. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit and any additional payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you to find a new date — just reach out as soon as you know. Life happens, and we'd rather help you move the date than lose the event.

We serve the entire Wasatch Front from Ogden to Santaquin, plus Park City, Heber, Tooele, and extended service to Logan and Tremonton. A flat travel fee applies for areas outside the core corridor. Event Day

About 45 minutes to one hour. Our caddie arrives early to make sure everything is ready before your rental time starts.

If your event is outdoors, we'll work with you on a backup plan — either moving inside or rescheduling. We won't leave you hanging. Contact us to discuss weather contingencies for outdoor events.

Through GS Pro software, we have access to thousands of world-famous courses (think Pebble Beach, Augusta) plus arcade games like closest-to-the-pin, long drive contests, mini putt, darts, skee-ball, holiday-themed courses, and more. Your caddie helps pick the right games for your group.

For groups of 15-25, two hours is plenty of time for everyone to take multiple turns. For groups of 30-50, we recommend 3 hours. Over 50, plan for 4 hours. The beauty of the experience is that it's a spectator sport too — people gather around, watch each other swing, compete, and have a great time even when they're not at the tee. Our caddie manages the rotation so it stays fun and moves smoothly.

Weddings

Most couples book it for the cocktail hour — it keeps guests entertained while photos are happening. Some keep it running through the reception too. We can begin setup up to 2 hours prior to rental start time and wait for tear down up to 1 hour after rental time, to avoid any interrupts to your big day. See the full wedding breakdown.

Yes — every Wedding Experience booking includes a personalized welcome screen with the couple's names and wedding date. We have Botanical and Romantic design templates, or we can try to match your wedding's aesthetic.
